Live Bird Arrival Guarantee ( No Exceptions). We will replace, store credit, or money value can be used on any product we offer. There are no refunds on deceased chick's. All replacement chick's are a one time shipment at no additional cost to the customer. ( NO FREE CHICKS WILL BE REPLACED) However, the customer is responsible for the cost of priority mail or express mail shipping the replacement chicks. When picking up chick's at post office pictures have to be made there of any deceased chick. These pictures also need to be validated by a postal worker and sent to us the of pick up. Failure to do so will void your Live Bird Arrival Guarantee. USPS insurance does not cover deceased chick's. Shipping cost only is covered, only if the package takes more than 3 days to arrive. Although the package is insured, 99% of the time we replace at our expense. Replacement orders will be sent as soon as chick's are available. No immediate guarantee reship. We take the utmost care to make sure your chicks arrive safely and healthy. We use the growgel plus. This insures that the our chicks have food and water as they travel to there new home. All orders are filled in order of received,  and availability of chicks.

All orders canceled will be charged a 15% fee of total invoice of chicks shipping. This is due to the handling of order / Farm operations.
